Accessibility

Everyone should be able to access this site. If we can make something easier, tell us.

We’re working toward WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. If you encounter a barrier, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and offer an alternative way to get the information you need.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

Our commitment

  • Design and content guided by WCAG 2.2 AA where feasible.
  • Semantic HTML with proper headings, labels, and landmarks.
  • Meaningful link text and descriptive alternative text for images.
  • Captions or transcripts for videos when provided; summaries for purely decorative media are avoided.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus styles.

Keyboard tips

  • Tab / Shift + Tab to move focus forward/back.
  • Enter or Space to activate buttons/links.
  • Esc to close some dialogs or menus (where applicable).

File formats & embeds

  • Most content is HTML; some downloads may be PDF.
  • Third-party embeds (e.g., social media or video) have their own accessibility features and limitations.
  • If a file isn’t accessible to you, email us and we’ll provide an alternative format.

Known limitations

We’re actively improving the site. Some areas may not fully meet our goals yet:

  • Older posts or third-party media may lack transcripts or complete alt text.
  • Occasional color-contrast issues in legacy graphics.
  • PDFs from partner sources may not be fully tagged.
