- Donation details — If you donate, payment details are handled by our third-party processor (see below). We receive limited info such as amount, time, and contact details you share with the processor.
- Automatic data — Like most sites, we may collect basic usage data (e.g., pages viewed, device/browser info, approximate location) via cookies or similar technologies to improve the site and measure reach.
Plain-language summary
You choose what to share. We use it to run the campaign (e.g., reply to messages, schedule meetups, deliver yard signs, send updates if you opt in). We don’t sell your info—ever.
2) How we use information
- Respond to messages and coordinate events, volunteering, or deliveries.
- Send updates you request (e.g., events, volunteer opportunities, voting info). You can unsubscribe anytime.
- Improve the website and understand what’s helpful to visitors.
- Comply with legal obligations and applicable campaign-finance rules.
Emails & texts
If you opt in, we may send occasional emails or texts about campaign activities. Message/data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe via the link in emails or by replying STOP to texts.
3) Sharing information
- Service providers — We may share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the site and campaign (e.g., website hosting, email delivery, donation processing). They may only use it on our behalf.
- Legal & safety — We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or integrity of services.
- No selling of personal data — We don’t sell your personal information.
Third-party processors
- Donations: Handled by a secure payment processor you’ll see at checkout (e.g., ActBlue/Anedot/other). They process your payment info; we do not store card numbers.
- Forms: Submitted via our website host (e.g., Netlify forms) and routed to our campaign inbox.
- Analytics/cookies: If enabled, we use them to improve site performance and outreach. See “Cookies” below.
4) Cookies & analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site functions and basic analytics (e.g., page performance, aggregated traffic patterns). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site features.
We don’t use cookies to sell your data or track you across unrelated sites.

- Reply STOP to campaign texts to opt out.

5) Data retention & security
- We keep information only as long as needed for campaign activities, legal obligations, or archiving requirements.
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure.
6) Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we’ll take appropriate steps.
7) Your privacy requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information we hold about you. Submit a request and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.
